Hey Everyone and Happy Spring Break!

Any other teachers or students out there exhausted by this semester and so grateful for a week off?

Unlike my normal blog parties that only last a weekend, this blog party will be lasting ALL. WEEK. LONG! That’s right! ALL WEEK! I’m hoping to meet some new bloggers and expand my blogging community!

Let’s celebrate Spring Break Week the way true bloggers do!

(Indoors and avoiding direct sunlight).

Dating as a grown up.

I passionately encourage you to stop and read this message. It’s exactly the sort of tone we need to use. Self worth is so hard to attain because we’re so fixated on the status and feeds the world of social media puts off. Not even from a social media perspective, but the world were all walking in. The comparison is a trap, if we’re not careful we can stay in the entrapment. Embrace why God loves you so much, that He does want you to have the love He deserves for you to receive. People are not a project for us to fix, only God has the power to change people. Stop making love happen when it’s not in its truest form and when it’s not reciprocated. Love is beautiful. After all God created it. Allow God to present you with the gift of someone special He’s designed specifically for you. Happy reading! ☺️

Hoping he will be the one to love me back to life. Hoping he would treat me different. But, every single time, I chose out of a clouded mind. A mind that was driven by the high of…

The Godly Chic Diaries

And we know [with great confidence] that God [who is deeply concerned about us] causes all things to work together [as a plan] for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to His plan and purpose — Romans 8.28

When Joseph was pushed down the pit by his brothers, his heart was gripped by fear, despair, anger, tears, disappointment — “How could this be? Why me? What did I do wrong? Why has God abandoned me?” What Joseph didn’t know is that the pit was the necessary pathway to God’s promises…He had to be lowered in HUMILITY in order to be elevated in AUTHORITY!

How many times do we let our value be defined by others, who is noticing us, who is praising us, or who is overlooking us.

I want to encourage you today: Your value is not in the opportunities you have or…
